Instructions to make Taco bake:
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. cook the chicken in a frying pan
  3. boil the rice for 10mins
  4. while the chicken and rice are cooking take your tortilla strips and line the bottom of a baking dish
  5. after the rice is done drain and add the salsa stir together and poor over tortillas
  6. shred your chicken,i used the pulse on my blender
  7. take the cooked chicken and put on top of the rice and tortilla strips
  8. add your cheese then bake for 10 mins
  9. take out of the oven and serve(s) 5 to 6 people add sour cream if you like
  10. if you like mix the beans and rice :-) if not serve ad a side dish
  11. i also add diced up onions and bell pepper i put the shredded chicken, beans, rice and onion and bell pepper in a bowl and mix all together, then do a layer of tortilla strips, the spoon the mixture,add cheese and repeat and top with cheese =)
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
