  2. Take Over easy eggs
  3. Make ready Shredded cheese (any kind you like)

  5. Prepare Sour cream

  7. Make ready Onion, chopped
  8. Get Ground beef
  9. Prepare Taco seasoning (see recipe)
  10. Prepare Tomato paste

  12. Get Salt and pepper
  13. Take Lime juice
Instructions to make Breakfast Taco:
  1. Saute the garlic and onion until the onion looks wilted.
  2. Add the ground beef, taco seasoning and salt. Stir until the beef cooked.
  3. Add tomato paste and water. Stir until the water evaporated.
  4. Drizzle the lime juice. Stir then taste. Add more seasoning if needed.
  5. Turn the heat off and set aside.
  6. Toast the tortilla (both side) on a pan.
  7. Move to a serving plate. Add the beef and egg. Top with cheese, tomato and sour cream. Enjoy.
  8. You can add shredded lettuce or sliced avocado if you like.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
