The ingredients needed to make Taco Salad:
  1. Make ready 2 lb Ground Beef
  2. Get 2 Packets favorite Taco Seasoning
  3. Prepare 2 (15 oz) can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed
  4. Make ready 1 yellow/white onion, diced
  5. Prepare 3 medium tomato, deseeded & diced
  6. Make ready 1 head lettuce, chopped
  7. Get 1 bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
  8. Get 1 bottle original Catalina dressing
Instructions to make Taco Salad:
  1. Brown ground beef in medium skillet
  2. Drain and add taco seasoning packets. Follow specificed instructions for making taco meat.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool
  4. Prep the lettuce, tomato, beans, onion.
  5. Crush up the tortilla chips into smaller chunks
  6. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients
  7. Serve and enjoy!
  8. **TIPS: This makes alot. Like.. mix it in a huge bowl. The chips will get soggy if not eating it all that day. Leave the chips out and add in as you go.
