Instructions to make Samak Tacos:
  1. Mix all ingredients of salsa in a bowl.
  2. Soak Sama rice & Sabudana in water for 4-5 hours. Drain water. Add curd, rajgira & salt in batter. Mix well. Grind it until smooth paste.
  3. Heat non stick pan and pour 1 ladle full of batter. Drizzle some oil. Cook it both sides until light brown.
  4. Make all tacos.
  5. Place salsa on each tacos. Fold it and seal with toothpick.
  6. Serve it with green chutney.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
