  1. Take For Batter
  2. Get 1 Cup Suji/Semolina
  3. Prepare 1/2 Cup Curd/Yogurt
  4. Get to taste Salt

  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  9. Get 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  10. Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  11. Take 1/2 cup Beans
  12. Make ready 3 Boiled and mashed Potatoes
  13. Make ready 1/4 cup Boiled Peas
  14. Take 1/2 tsp Sambar Masala
  15. Take 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  16. Make ready 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder
  17. Get 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  18. Make ready to taste Salt
  19. Take as needed coriander leaves

  22. Prepare 1 cup Crumbled Paneer
  23. Prepare 1 medium Onion Rings
Steps to make Suji Tacos:
  1. Mix together suji and curd with little water to make a medium-thick batter. Leave the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the stuffing. Put oil in a pan and make it hot. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  3. Add onion and saute for a few minutes. Then add ginger-garlic-green chili paste and saute for few seconds.
  4. Add beans and saute for few minutes or 2-3 minutes till it becomes a little soft. Add vegetables as per your taste.
  5. Now add all the spices (garam masala, sambhar masala, red chilli powder, amchur, salt). Cook for a minute.
  6. Lastly, add boiled peas, boiled and mashed potatoes, and mix it well until all the spices get well combined.
  7. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  8. After 10 minutes uncover the batter and you will find the Suji mixture has become thick so add water to make a medium-thick batter. And then grind this mixture in the grinder.
  9. Add salt to the grinded suji batter and mix well.
  10. Grease the pan with oil and let the pan gets little hot.
  11. Spread 2-3 tbsp of Suji batter in a circular motion and let it cook from downwards on medium flame.
  12. Once cooked from downwards, flip it over and cook from another side too till brown spots appear.
  13. Once cooked take out from the pan and prepare all the tacos in the same way.
  14. For Assembly, Take one Suji taco, spread tomato sauce on one half of the pancake.
  15. Add crumbled paneer and potato mixture over it.
  16. Place some onion rings over it and Cover the stuffing with the other half and press gently to make Suji tacos.
  17. Now place them over the pan and cook for a minute from both sides till golden brown.
  18. Suji tacos are ready.
  19. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
