7. Take 5 C coarsely chopped crushed tortilla chips
8. Get 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
9. Make ready Chopped tomatoes

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray 9x13* casserole dish
3. Stir: chicken, soup, sour cream, Rotel, black beans, seasoning in a bowl
4. Layer: half the chicken mixture, 3C tortilla chips and half the cheese
5. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Uncover. Sprinkle remaining cheese
7. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until bubbling
8. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes. You could also add chopped black olives (I just didn’t have any on hand)
9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
