Fried Tacos is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Fried Tacos is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook fried tacos using 11 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Fried Tacos:
  1. Get 1.5 lb chicken tenders (unthawed)
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp butter
  3. Take 16 oz. can refried beans
  4. Take 1 can salsa (small)
  5. Prepare 20 pk Guerro flour tortilla fajita wraps
  6. Prepare 1 bag (2 cups) colbey/jack cheese
  7. Take seasoning salt, garlic (to taste)
  8. Take 1 pkg chicken taco seasoning
  9. Get sour cream (optional)
  10. Take 2-3 cups vegetable oil for frying
  11. Take paper towels
Steps to make Fried Tacos:
  1. Put vegetable oil in a deep pot, and turn stove on medium (do this first, as it allows grease to get as hot as possible as you follow remaining instructions)
  2. Chop chicken tenders into bite size pieces
  3. Sprinkle seasonings onto chicken to your liking. But, not too much (still have to add chicken taco seasoning)
  4. In medium frying pan, melt butter on medium heat, then add chicken
  5. When chicken has been cooked thoroughly, drain some of the butter (not all) and empty the contents in the chicken taco seasoning pkg onto the cooked chicken.
  6. Add refried beans to the chicken;mix until well blended. Don’t allow beans to get too hot, because they will be too runny.
  7. Mix the bottle of sauce in with the chicken and beans. Stir until well-blended
  8. Sprinkle cheese right down the middle of tortilla; add about 2 spoonfuls of the chicken mixture down the middle of the tortilla; fold tortilla to resemble a taco
  9. By now, grease should be more than ready to fry; place one taco in between the tongs and hold taco down in the grease until the taco is hard enough to hold itself together; fry both sides until golden brown
  10. In a paper towel-covered pan, place the finished taco over the paper towels to absorb grease.
  11. Repeat step 8-10
  12. Enjoy dipped in sour cream and/or salsa!
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
