  6. Get 1/2 cup boiled white peas

  9. Make ready 1/2 cup yoghurt
  10. Prepare 1/3 cup Tamarind chutney
  11. Prepare 1/3 cup Mint chutney
  12. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  13. Prepare 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
  14. Take 6-7 masala papad
Steps to make Papad Tacos Chat:
  1. In a mixing bowl take the chopped boiled potatoes, onion, tomatoes, chopped green chillies boiled sweet corn, coriander leaves and boiled white peas.
  2. Toss them with some chat masala powder salt red chili powder lemon juice. Mix well and keep it aside
  3. Now making taco shells. Take 6-7 numbers of masala papad. Cut into small pieces by a small bowl.
  4. Now heat the papads, one at a time in the microwave oven for about 15 second. Take them out immediately and put over rolling pin shape into taco shell for about 5 second again heat the for about another 10 second. Repeat for as many tacos as you need. Taco shell is ready.
  5. To assemble, scoop the mixture filling into each taco shell, Then add 1 tbsp yoghurt, little drop of green mint chutney, tamarind sauce tomato ketchup on top according to your taste.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves sevbhuji, chat masala powder and serve immediately.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
