  1. Mix shredded Cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice and salt into large bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Add your mayonnaise, Dragon hot sauce into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Turn on your cooktop or stove to medium-high heat. Get out your largest non-stick skillet and fill up with oil enough to cover the fish. Now bring the temp up to 350 degrees and hold it steady. That is the temp you want to be frying at.
