  22. Get 1 tbsp barbeque sauce or Pizza Sauce
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  24. Get 1 tbsp red hot sauce
  25. Make ready 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or any of your choice
  26. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli flakes (optional)

  1. For taco shells In a bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda and mix it well now to it add corn paste along with oil and mix very well. Now the main part once done with all the tortillas fold it in half and put it on the cooling rack upside down and bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 180°C or grill it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes or simply cook it for some extra time on griddle and fold it in half and keep it in a glass or mug cup to give the taco shell shape. Once done arrange it on the plates to cool down.
  3. For filling In a pan add 3 tbsp oil once get heated add the onions saute it until translucent then add salt mix it and add all the veggies toss it very well. Cook it on a high flame for 5 minutes then add rest of the spices toss it and lower the flame. Cook it for 5-7 more minutes and your filling is done. Feel free to use any veggies and spices which suits your taste buds. Make sure not to over cook the veggies we need a bit of crunchy side of veggies not soggy.
  4. Assembling In a bowl mix all the sauces and put a little amount on all the taco shells. Now put a spoon full of cooked veggies over it and finally add cheese. Like wise prepare all the tacos and grill it in microwave for 5 minutes or in oven until cheese melts.
