  1. Prepare 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  2. Take 2 C. Pre-packaged Chilorio (Mexican shredded pork), fully cooked
  3. Get 2 corn tortillas
  4. Make ready 1/2 red onion, sliced
  5. Prepare 1 jalapeno, sliced
  6. Prepare 1/4 C. Queso Fresco, crumbled
  7. Make ready 1/4 C. Cilantro, chopped
  8. Get 2 dallops of sour cream
  9. Make ready Dash hot sauce (optional)
Instructions to make Chilorio Tacos:
  1. In a medium skillet over medium-high, heat oil until simmering. Place corn tortillas in skillet and cook 30 seconds, flip and cook another 30 seconds, remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In same skillet add shredded pork. Cook 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Spoon equal parts of pork into the 2 tortillas.
  3. Top with sliced onions, jalapenos, crumbled queso fresco and cilantro. Spoon a dollop of sour cream onto each and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
