  4. Reduce heat and simmer until meat pulls apart easily with fork (3-4 hours)
  5. Lift meat out and lightly shred. You can discard the juices.
  6. Preheat oven to 450
  7. Place shredded meat in roasting pan
  8. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  9. Baked uncovered at 450 until slightly crunchy and sizzling (about 20 minutes)
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
