- CRISPIFY - Spread pork onto sheet pan to allow to cool - Shred pork into large chunks with forks or fingers - Season to taste with salt - Place pork under broiler until brown and crisp on surface, ~6 minutes - Stir to expose new pork, broil another 6 minutes
- EXTRA STEPS - Reserve braising onion for salsa - Reserve braising liquid for tortillas
