The ingredients needed to make Taco Soup:
  1. Make ready 1 lb ground meat or turkey
  2. Get to taste Salt and pepper
  3. Get 1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  6. Prepare 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  7. Prepare 1 can Rotel, undrained
  8. Get 1 can chilli beans with sauce, undrained
  9. Make ready 4 cups Tomato Juice
  10. Get 1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
  11. Prepare 1 cup Water
  12. Get 1 medium onion (optional)
Instructions to make Taco Soup:
  1. In a skillet, Brown and drain ground meat. Add to the pot you will make your soup out of or a rice cooker. I am using Turkey Ground Meat but you can use whatever kind you like.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let cook for 45 minutes to an hour or on white rice setting on the rice cooker.
  3. Enjoy! I add Fritos and cheese to my bowl! I hope you have a wonderful meal!
