Instructions to make Mexican Bake:
- preheat oven to 350°
- Brown hamburger meat with onions when meat is done drain and put back in pan
- add taco season, ranch season, cream of chicken soup, Rotel & water . Heat until warm
- Grease 9×13 pan
- Crunch up chips into small pieces. Cover bottom of pan with half off chip.
- Layer 1/2 of meat mixture, corn and beans . add more chip and cover with meat mixture
- Slice Velveeta and placed on top of casserole
- Bake uncovered for 25-35 Minute or until cheese is melted
- top with sour cream and salsa
