- While filling cooks, mix sour cream, a squeeze of lime juice, and a pinch of chipotle powder to a small bowl. Add water a drizzle at a time, until it reaches drizzling consistency. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute
